TA Services & Client representation

With design and build contracts more popular than ever today, we offer Technical Advisory services which safeguard the interests of our clients and their property.

Design responsibility remains with the Contractor and their design team, however this role allows our team to oversee projects through to construction and handover while all the while reducing the risks associated with this procurement method.

 

Operational performance

Going beyond the every day building manintainance, our expreienced team of experts conduct forensic investigations into the cause of building performance issues.

Any reoccuring problems in the building to which you would like technical answers, our team will investigate and provide clarity to enable permanent solutions to take place.
